One of the biggest names in the NFL Draft might have an unexplained medical issue.

An NFL Network reporter tweeted a photo of former LSU quarterback Jayden Daniels on Wednesday that appeared to have an innocent nature.

Daniels, the 2023 Heisman Trophy winner, was set to meet with the New England Patriots, Washington Commanders, New York Giants, Minnesota Vikings, Denver Broncos and Las Vegas Raiders.

A month before the 2024 draft, that was big news for fans of teams searching for a new franchise QB.

Then NFL fans everywhere started noticing something about the photo attached to the tweet, which no longer appeared as positive for Daniels' NFL future.

"What’s up with his arm?" one fan tweeted.

"I will never sleep again after seeing this elbow. WTH," a second fan posted.

"Ian, can we get an update on Jayden's elbow?" a third fan wrote.

The replies were constant and only became more concerning, as fans wondered what in the world had happened to Daniels' elbow.

It was strong enough to allow the ex-Tiger to throw for 3,812 yards and 40 touchdowns while completing 72.2 percent of his passes last season.

But NFL fans and draft devotees immediately became concerned that something seriously wrong with Daniels' elbow had been revealed in what initially appeared to be a simple tweet.

Even doctors started weighing in on social media to diagnosis Daniels' possible elbow issue via the internet.

"Daniels appears to be dealing with operation bursitis of his right throwing elbow," tweeted Jesse Morse, who is listed as a Sports & Family Medicine Physician.

"This is an inflammation of the bursa, which is a sac that is usually empty and is there to protect the bone underneath. ‘Banging’ your elbow against a hard surface often results in inflammation of the bursa, causing the body to fill it with fluid.

"This is a protective mechanism to prevent fracturing the bone underneath. These are VERY common, and more annoying than concerning. As long as they are not infected."

While Caleb Williams is viewed as a lock to go No. 1 overall to the Chicago Bears, Daniels had been seen as a potential No. 2 pick for Washington.

Until an NFL Network reporter posted a seemingly innocent pre-draft photo of the QB's elbow that kept going viral.

"I'll pass. Arm looks like it’s already chewed up," one fan posted.
